My stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, but I’m deeply disappointed that my $200 CAD security deposit (charged to my card ending with 3351) has not been refunded more than two weeks after check-out. Despite several complaints, no action has been taken, which is unacceptable and quite appalling for a hotel of this reputation. Even more concerning, a few of my classmates who stayed here for our reunion shared similar experiences, suggesting this may be a recurring issue. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and restores the trust expected from a Marriott property.

Attended for a week-long professional development course. I was thoroughly impressed with the food and service provided by the hotel. Breakfast and lunches were both delicious and cooked perfectly with healthy high protein and veggies options. All staff interactions were also pleasant and friendly. A memorable and enjoyable experince. Would definitely return!

Good sized rooms, clean and big bathrooms. Room service were great and all staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was brilliant with a good choice of city up fruit, pastries and egg options changing daily. Location is a little out of the way, but cabs were easy to get. Taken a star off as some cars were broken into during the night. Not the hotels fault, but something to be aware of.

We were on vacation from Vancouver and had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean, beautiful, and felt safe. I don’t think I’ve ever slept in a more comfortable bed — thank you for the thoughtful accommodations and kindness during our visit. The location was convenient, close to the 401, and everything was well-managed. Service was prompt, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I especially appreciated the user-friendly bathroom layout. The pool and hot tub were a hit, especially for families with kids. Overall, for the price, this hotel offered great value and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had booked the hotel rooms for a wedding party. Every detail for the guests accommodation was noted by the Manager. The Manager Mr Anmol Datta was very accommodating and came across very warm and polite. Rooms were clean, spacious and had all the amenities we required. The hotel staff, especially Vinita, Marthese and Ivanna made us feel at home. All our requests and requirements were taken on board and dealt with in a very smooth and efficient manner. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for everything

This review is in the context of the price paid as well as the hotel. I'm not comparing to a 5 star $1000 per night hotel as that this not what this is. For the money value was excellent, comfortable beds, kind service, clean rooms. Would return if needing a hotel in the area.

The hotel itself was fine. A little dated, but for the most part everything was ok. Few complaints, notably the stains on the wall behind the chair; it’s things like this that make you wonder what else was missed in cleaning. I also found it odd there was only one night table beside the bed (king). There was nothing on my side of the bed to place my phone, chargers or anything! I’d probably stay here again, but it’s nothing to write home about. A lot of little things add up to take away from the enjoyment of the stay.

I checked in late past 11pm, and had to wait for the front desk for check-in. The rooms are outdated, dusty and not clean. I noticed so many hair pieces in the bathroom and on bed. I am not sure if the bedding was changed properly. Towels are old and clearly needed an update. Bathtub does not drain properly either.
